Giant transparent GIFs. Actually a complicated process to extract the model from whatever GC/Wii game, but then you can pretty much do anything you want with it.

I don't remember the name but there's an N64 emulator that can also rip models from the games. They'll be a bit more... basic... than GC or Wii but you could still have fun with them.
